1. To identify yourself and how you can be contacted.

2. To put in writing your concept of what you would like expressed on your website.

Taking this step will enable you to begin the process of establishing the visual outcome you want to see. This is the essential groundwork of the website development process.

Websites represent your journey. When well developed they visually and accurately introduce you to others and present concepts, products, etc. It takes a lot of careful thought and consideration to end up with a well performing and good looking website. The clearer you can be about what you do and provide the details of what you are presenting, the better the outcome will be. It is my job to get to know you well enough to think in the terms you do when designing for you.

Once a website is established, it potentially remains for a lifetime. Ongoing contact is important. Change happens. It is my recommendation that we decide how often to update and review your website whether it be weekly, monthly or quarterly. It is a good idea to stay in touch.

Once you start your dialogue, by requesting a quote, I'll respond and give you pricing and a time-frame. If this is acceptable, we can proceed.

Then we'll establish a sound rapport, we will comfortably work together over many years to establish, update (because of the ever-changing web environment ) and keep your message alive and accurate on the Internet.
